HRSD Ministry invites companies to benefit from Compensatory Visa Services
Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) in Saudi Arabia informed the establishments of Platinum and High Green Nitaqat facilities to take the advantage of compensatory visa service within 12 months of the worker leaving the company.
- The Ministry stated that the compensatory visa service will be granted to Establishments with Platinum and High Green status.
* One final exit visa equal to 2 compensatory visas for the platinum range and
* One compensatory visa for the high green status.
Rules & Conditions:
1- For establishments with less than 250 workers:
The facility is granted a substitute visa for the worker who left permanently:
- The maximum number of visas granted to the facility during the calendar year (January 1 to December 31) is 25 visas.
The visa must be in the same profession as the compensated worker.
The facility must be in the safe range (green low and above) for the previous consecutive 13 weeks.
2. For establishments where the number of workers starts from 250 workers.
The Platinum Domain is awarded
A substitute visa for every worker who left permanently.
The visa must be in the same profession as the compensated worker.
You must have been in the platinum range for the previous 13 consecutive weeks.
The range is awarded (low green, medium green, high green):
A substitute visa for every worker who left permanently and was working in one of the specialized professions.
The visa must be in the same profession as the compensated worker.
The facility must be in the safe range (green low and above) for the previous consecutive 13 weeks.
3- A worker who comes on a compensatory visa is not compensated again for the same establishment in the event (he left or left and did not come back).
4. The grants should not lead to the entity going below the green low band after the compensatory visa is issued.
5- The period of entitlement to the visa is within 6 months of the employee's departure.
6- The establishments that farmers, fishermen and shepherds (in particular) operate do not have compensatory visas.
7. The facility's licenses must be valid depending on the activities and licenses matrix.
8. Eligibility for an alternative visa for final departure is calculated upon visa application.
9. A compensatory visa is granted to the worker whose status (he left permanently or exited and did not return).
10. It is prohibited to submit a new application if there is a current application under the procedure.
11. It is not permitted to request an alternative visa for the final exit of the establishment whose activity is within the activities for which recruitment is prohibited.
12- The establishment does not grant alternative visas upon exit of the workers associated with a contract / support.
13. In the event that the Ministry of Interior refuses to issue a visa, the system considers that the worker has not been compensated for through compensatory visas.
14. When calculating the compensation for employment, it must be from the oldest to the most recent during the period of entitlement to the compensatory visas.
15. In the event that the visa is canceled, the system considers that the worker is not compensated for through compensatory visas.
16. You must ensure that the amount of the required visas is paid before completing the visa application process.
