Ministry of Hajj & Umrah warns against fake permits

The Ministry of Hajj & Umrah has seized a number of fake permits for Umrah & Ziyarah. It was found that these forged permits were sold to Saudis and expatriates.

Some people are involved in issuing forged permits to pilgrims who are finding it difficult to get Umrah permits due to the exceeding response for the reservation, making many people wait for several weeks or months, Al-Watan reported.

The Ministry of Hajj has warned Saudis and Expatriates from contacting any agencies claiming that they can issue permits to perform Umrah and pray at the Rawdah Sharif.

Permits for Umrah & Ziyarah can only be issued through Eatmarna App.
