Riyadh : Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor Affairs (MHRSD) Abdul Majeed Al-Rashoudi said that there is no Saudi authority to verify experience certificates of expatriates, whether within the Kingdom or outside.
He explained that the Kingdom’s diplomatic missions abroad attest their university degrees only and the experience certificate of expatriates is normally attested by there country.Al-Rashoudi further said that expatriates with specialized professions cannot change the profession inside the Kingdom, except with a license from the authority related to the profession, such as the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and the Saudi Council of Engineers.
